Delete your Halafoodie account
You can delete your account here, or in the app: open Settings, then Account, then Delete account. Here you sign in with your phone number and an SMS code, just like in the app.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: your name, @handle, bio, photo and phone number.
- What you posted and kept: comments, reviews and ratings, likes, saves, collections and follows.
- Your notifications, your settings and the feed history tied to your account.
If you own a venue
Your venue page and all its reels come down as soon as you ask, and are erased with your account. A business application still in review is withdrawn.
30 days to change your mind
Your account closes at once and is erased 30 days later. Until then you can sign in, in the app or here, and restore everything as it was.
Copies in our backups are gone within 30 days after that. Totals that don't identify you, such as other venues' view counts, stay as they are.
